Job description

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join the Chelmsford Engineering & Technology organization in support of the Integration & Test Equipment Department
In this role, you will coordinate the planning, organization, execution, and completion of engineering projects supporting Advanced Programs.
You will also serve as the Control Account Manager, maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, and support material procurement activities to ensure successful program execution Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects.
โ€ข Serve as the Control Account Manager for Advanced Programs
โ€ข Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring alignment with program milestones and resource plans
โ€ข Act as the primary material procurement liaison, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations
โ€ข Track project status, schedules, and deliverables while supporting program execution
โ€ข Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to improve project efficiency and documentation qualit
โ€ข Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and program teams Basic Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree
โ€ข 3+ years of Project Management experience
โ€ข Experience building relationships across cross-functional teams
