Position Summary

Gwynedd Manufacturing is seeking a highly creative Junior Motion Graphics Editor to support fast-paced content creation across social media, product marketing, and brand storytelling initiatives for out company.

This role is built for someone who lives in editing software, understands pacing and visual energy, and has a strong instinct for modern content design. The ideal candidate is passionate about motion graphics, typography, sound design, social-first storytelling, and cinematic editingโ€”not just filming.

Youโ€™ll work closely with the creative team to transform raw footage into polished, high-impact content for social campaigns, product launches, event coverage, and brand storytelling.

This is an ideal role for a hungry early-career editor looking to grow inside a fast-moving in-house creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Editing

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, web, product marketing, and brand campaigns
  • Create motion graphics, animated typography, title systems, and visual overlays
  • Develop dynamic edits with strong pacing, sound design, transitions, and rhythm
  • Build platform-native content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, and other digital channels
  • Assist in developing repeatable motion systems and templates for campaigns

Post-Production Workflow

  • Organize footage, assets, music, graphics, and project files
  • Color correct footage and balance audio for polished final delivery
  • Export and version content for multiple formats and platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to execute creative direction efficiently

Production Support

  • Assist on shoots with camera setup, lighting, audio, and production logistics
  • Capture supplemental footage, behind-the-scenes content, and social-first clips when needed
  • Support fast-turn content creation during launches, events, and live activations
  • 1-3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
  • Understanding of typography, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Experience creating content for social platforms and digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with Sony camera systems and production workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and file management discipline
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining high creative standards
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to improve creatively and technically

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cinematic color grading and sound design
  • Knowledge of 3D workflows (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plus
  • Photography or content capture experience
  • Experience creating content in automotive, outdoor, tactical, action sports, or lifestyle categories
  • Understanding of internet culture, meme pacing, and social engagement trends without relying on low-quality trend chasing

Portfolio Requirement

All candidates must submit a portfolio or demo reel showcasing:

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:


This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require the following over extended periods of time up to a full 8-hour work shift (excluding lunch and breaks): stand, walk, sit, squat or bend, kneel and rise, lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to - and occasionally exceeding - 50 pounds, view a computer or other digital screen, work on a computer, workstation or comparable system, and make accurate entries in such systems. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are required for detailed assembly and precision work. Work may take place in areas with varying temperatures or no climate control, varying noise levels, and production equipment in motion. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas at all times as required by company policy.
