The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of insurance litigation experience and a strong background in tort law.
This role involves a wide range of litigation responsibilities, including:
  • Drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions
  • Evaluating cases and developing litigation strategies
  • Responding to discovery requests
  • Preparing and arguing motions in court
  • Attending hearings, depositions, and mediations
  • Meeting with clients and negotiating settlements

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
