What You'll Bring
  • A collaborative leadership style focused on supporting team success.
  • An unwavering commitment to operational excellence and accuracy.
  • The ability to balance a small individual caseload while supporting broader team objectives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in changing priorities and business environments.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving workflow challenges.

  • Visual acuity to review detailed legal documents and electronic records.
  • Effective communication skills in person, by phone, and through digital platforms.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment, including computers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Mobility to move throughout the office environment and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Why Join Our Team?
  • A collaborative, supportive work environment.
  • Opportunities to lead, mentor, and shape a growing team.
  • Challenging and rewarding work in a fast-paced legal operations setting.
  • Clear pathways for professional growth and advancement.
  • Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
