We are seeking a highly skilled Business Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial disputes, including contract litigation, business torts, and shareholder disputes. This role requires excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills, as well as the ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
