Job Title: Sr. Director – AI, Machine Learning & Deep Learning

What you will be doing:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the AI roadmap aligned with business objectives for OSAT manufacturing.
  • Solution Development: Lead the design and deployment of ML/DL models for predictive maintenance, defect detection, process optimization, and yield improvement.
  • Data Platform Integration: Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and maintain unified data platforms, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions.
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to manufacturing environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, engineering, and IT teams to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business impact.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing AI team.
What you must have:
  • Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 12+ years in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in manufacturing or industrial settings.
