JOB OVERVIEW

Cornerstone Driver Solutions is recruiting CDL-A Solo Drivers and Owner Operators for a dedicated long-haul lane running between Trenton, Michigan and Laredo, Texas.

This is a consistent dedicated route offering approximately 3,060 miles per week, with approximately 34 hours off each week. Drivers should be comfortable with long-haul driving and maintaining a consistent dedicated lane.

Company Drivers and Owner Operators are both welcome to apply.

HIRING AREA

Candidates must reside within a 150-mile radius of either location:

  • ZIP 78040 Laredo, TX
  • ZIP 48183 Trenton, MI

If you live within 150 miles of either ZIP code, you may be eligible for this opportunity.

PAY Company Drivers
  • $0.50 per mile base pay
  • +$0.06 per mile night differential
  • +$0.12 per mile weekend differential
  • Approximately 3,060 miles per week
  • Average weekly earnings of approximately $1,500$1,800
Owner Operators
  • $1.00 per mile
  • Approximately 3,060 miles per week
  • Approximately $3,060 gross linehaul per week based on planned miles
  • Owner Operator compensation is based on dispatched miles and applicable carrier terms

Owner Operator earnings are gross revenue before fuel, maintenance, insurance, taxes, and other operating expenses.

  • Willing to work a schedule where pickup days may vary
  • Reliable and safety-focused
  • Able to consistently run the Trenton, MI Laredo, TX lane
  • Must reside within 150 miles of ZIP 78040 or ZIP 48183
