Job description

Position Overview: As a Regional Dedicated Truck Driver at Hank's Furniture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of our high-quality furniture to our 17 locations.ย HOME MOST NIGHTS as this job most runs are daily local runs with a few overnight runs a month to our Florida/Alabama stores. NO WEEKENDS!!ย 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company-owned truck to transport furniture to designated locations within the regional area.
  • Adhere to all safety and DOT regulations while on the road.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
  • Load and unload furniture, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including logging hours and reporting any issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
