Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members.

Assist with scheduling client appointments and managing calendars.

Maintain accurate client records and update information in our systems.

Prepare and process various documents and forms related to client accounts.

Support the sales and financial advisory teams with administrative tasks.

Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
