Job description

Seeking experienced carpenter and exterior construction team member to join our deck building team. We are a TrexPro and TimberTech pro contractor deck builder (both lumber and composite decking). We also specialize in custom fencing.

MUST HAVE 1 year experience in the construction industry, ideally carpentry, and be able to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform physical labor such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Digging post-holes, pouring concrete.
  • Maintain a cleanly work environment
  • Be front facing towards our clients
  • Work on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors (crew leaders, project manager, and Cactus Ownership team)
  • Collaborate with all team members
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • utilize applications on smart phone for time clock, payroll, project updates.
  • Clean drivers license
