  • Complete four 6-month rotations across Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test
  • Contribute to technically challenging projects in the wind power generation industry
  • Support GE Vernova Wind’s commitment to safety, high-quality scalable products, and global decarbonization
  • Enhance core engineering skills through advanced engineering courses and business training
  • Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from technologists and technical managers
  • Develop expertise in a chosen engineering field and expand skills in new areas
  • Rotate between sites while on-program
  • Apply technical expertise after the program to drive innovation in wind power projects, potentially in Design, Systems, Reliability, or Integration & Test
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aero Engineering, Controls Engineering, or Civil Engineering
  • Degree must be from an ABET accredited university
  • Must have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
  • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 without rounding (desired)
  • Passion for the wind energy industry and engineering (desired)
  • Proven scholastic achievements, proactive leadership skills, and prior intern, co-op, or research experience in design engineering or manufacturing (desired)
  • Ability to demonstrate a structured approach to problem solving and learning agility (desired)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems clearly (desired)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in project teams in an international environment (desired)
