Sames Auto Group is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Drive Manager to lead our service drive operations, coach our Service Advisors, and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about driving performance through process and accountability.

What You'll Do

Lead the daily operations of the service drive and maintain an organized, efficient workflow

Coach and develop Service Advisors to maximize performance and customer satisfaction

Ensure consistent execution of vehicle walkarounds, Power Packs, and Active Deliveries

Monitor key performance indicators including CSI, CPGRO, Effective Labor Rate, maintenance penetration, and gross profit

Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while creating lifelong customer relationships

Review Repair Orders for accuracy, compliance, and quality

Conduct daily coaching, role-playing, and performance development with the advisor team

Collaborate with technicians, parts, and management to improve efficiency and reduce repair delays

Drive continuous improvement while maintaining manufacturer and dealership standards

Requirements:
