We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. Our Service Advisors are the face of the service department โ€” the link between our customers and our technicians. We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and motivated to deliver an exceptional service experience every day. This role rewards people who can build trust, communicate clearly, and turn a service visit into a lasting customer relationship.

Benefits

  • 401(k) plan

  • Ongoing manufacturer and dealership training opportunities

Responsibilities
  • Greet service customers, perform vehicle workarounds, and accurately document customer concerns on repair orders

  • Recommend and present additional services or maintenance items based on technician findings

  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate repair completion

  • Review completed repair orders with customers at delivery, explaining all work performed

  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)

  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload accurately in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
