Job description

Bob Johnson Chevrolet West is looking to add a reliable Service Porter to our family like team! We are a fast growing organization looking for hardworking individuals to grow with us. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for greeting every customer in our Service Department and providing an high-quality customer experience. As a service porter, you will also be responsible for shuttling customers to and from the dealership as needed and answer incoming Service phone calls as needed. 

The ideal candidate would have an outgoing personality with a desire to build/create a great customer relationship with each customer. The ideal candidate would also have great communication skills along with a strong self starting ability. 

Responsibilities:

Greet each customer in the Service Department as they arrive to the dealership.

- Apply seat cover, steering wheel cover & floor mat to the incoming vehicle along with topping off the washer fluid

- Shuttle customer to/from the dealership using the dealerships shuttle vehicle as needed

- Assist Service Advisors with moving vehicles as needed

- Answer incoming Service phone calls as needed and set Service Appointments. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
