What are some common challenges faced by a dealer in a card room, and how can they be managed?

Dealers in card rooms often face challenges such as managing fast-paced games, handling disputes between players, and maintaining focus during long shifts. Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of game rules are essential for resolving conflicts quickly and fairly. Additionally, building stamina and practicing mental alertness can help dealers maintain a high level of performance throughout their shifts.
