Position: Information Management Lead
Work Location: Midland, TX
Payrate: $42/hr on W2
 
Job Description:
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and accessible project information across all locations while maintaining full compliance with IM requirements.
  • Oversee IM staff, conduct audits, training, and workshops, and manage document/data flow using established systems (e.g., EDMS).
  • Support contract development by defining IM scope, ensuring contractor implementation, and validating data in corporate-aligned repositories.
  • Maintain the Project Reference Data Library and key registers like MDR and DDM.
  • Provide periodic IM reports, participate in project meetings, and ensure smooth delivery of the project information asset.
  • Manage systems, tools, templates, and access needed to support all project information activities.
