Residential Clinician (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Lancaster, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $32โ€“$40.00 per hour

Arbor Associates is hiring a Residential Clinician on a contract-to-hire basis to support a residential youth program in Lancaster, MA. This role is a strong fit for a licensed or license-eligible clinician who wants meaningful clinical work, steady hours, and a clear path to a permanent role.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy in a residential setting
  • Manage an assigned caseload and facilitate treatment conferences
  • Complete clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and quarterly reports
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly medication reviews
  • Coordinate care with families, school districts, referral agencies, and community partners
  • Deliver trauma-informed, strength-based clinical care
  • Support case management, parent communication, and home visit coordination

Requirements:

โ€ข Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
โ€ข Massachusetts licensure or license eligibility required
โ€ข 1+ year of clinical experience (residential or youth experience preferred)
