Associate, Apollo Capital Solutions – DCM

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Associate to join their Capital Solutions team, focusing on debt financing and capital markets. In this role, you’ll manage transaction pipelines, prepare financial documents, and work closely with various stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in investment banking who wants to grow in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage transaction pipelines and keep everyone updated
  • Prepare and review important financial documents
  • Drive the underwriting process for various financing transactions
  • Oversee portfolio performance reporting for stakeholders
  • Conduct capital markets analysis and maintain databases
  • Build and manage relationships with banks and financial partners
  • Contribute to strategic projects across the team
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking or capital markets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and credit fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience in leveraged financing transactions
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills for clear reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
