Description:
The position is accountable for providing specialized professional nursing care involving direct nursing care of individuals.
The role includes performing professional nursing work in the areas of community, behavioral health, or therapeutic nursing.
The incumbent functions as an independent practitioner responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and coordination of nursing care.

Engage as a member of an interdisciplinary team in treatment planning and evaluation.
Manage an assigned caseload and other clinical activities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care.
May participate in home visits and crisis intervention activities and share clinical knowledge and best practices.
Perform related duties as required.
