Job Summary:
Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Integration (Team Lead) to support the INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order. The role involves working with partners in intelligence information sharing and system interoperability, as well as delivering briefings and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
• Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.
• Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
• At least 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
