Job description

Senior Helpers - Princeton is seeking compassionate and reliable NJ  Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Companions to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients throughout Mercer county NJ. This role involves supporting seniors and individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life. If you have a caring nature and a commitment to making a positive difference, we would love to hear from you. All shifts available. 4, 8 , 12 and overnight. Areas we service are 

Plainsboro, Princeton, Ewing, Hamilton, East Windsor, West Windsor, Hightstown, Lawrenceville, Frenchtown, Trenton

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce feelings of loneliness.
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Monitor clientsโ€™ health status and report any changes to nursing staff or family members as appropriate.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients in their homes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Companion Caregivers also needed 
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate client needs.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clientsโ€™ homes in the Princeton NJ area.
