Job description

Position Summary
DCA Construction Products is seeking a driven National Sales Manager to lead business
development efforts within its growing Precast Division. This position is based onsite at the
company's CLE Office in Garfield Heights, Ohio. The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales
professional with construction industry experience, strong territory management and key account
skills, a hunter mentality, and the desire to grow into a national sales leadership role. While this is
an onsite position, there may be an opportunity to earn additional flexibility over time based on
performance.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Develop and execute national sales strategies for the Precast Division.
โ€ข Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
โ€ข Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key and target accounts.
โ€ข Manage assigned territories and develop strategic sales plans.
โ€ข Achieve revenue and growth objectives.
โ€ข Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and leadership teams.
โ€ข Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
โ€ข Represent DCA Construction Products at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
โ€ข Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications
โ€ข 5+ years of outside sales, territory management, business development, or key account
management experience.
โ€ข Construction or building materials sales experience strongly preferred.
โ€ข Experience with precast concrete, concrete accessories, or related construction products
preferred.
