Novva Data Centers is seeking an experienced Data Center (DC) Security, Safety & Logistics Supervisor to lead critical operations within one of the nation's most advanced mission-critical data center environments.
This leadership position combines security operations, workplace safety, warehouse logistics, inventory management, emergency response, and operational coordination into one dynamic role. The successful candidate will lead multiple operational functions while ensuring the highest standards of security, safety, compliance, and customer service.

What You'll Do
As the Security, Safety & Logistics Supervisor, you will:
  • Supervise daily security, safety, and warehouse logistics operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop Security Specialists, Safety personnel, and Warehouse Logistics Technicians
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, overtime, and daily operational priorities
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures, access control requirements, and safety policies
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, and high-value asset management
  • Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and inventory accuracy
  • Support emergency response activities and incident investigations
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external compliance audits
  • Track operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Partner with Facilities, Operations, IT, vendors, contractors, and emergency responders to support campus operations
  • Maintain operational readiness while providing outstanding internal customer service

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
    • Security
    • Safety
    • Warehouse logistics
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Strong computer, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and other required pre-employment screening

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in:
    • Data center operations
    • Mission-critical facilities
    • Military service
    • Law enforcement
    • Critical infrastructure
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience with:
