This position involves working as a Maintenance Technician for a tier 1 supplier of headlights and taillights. The role supports the injection molding department and requires individuals who can diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures in machines. • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures in machinery.
• Support the injection molding department.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Conduct electrical maintenance, including 480 V, 220 V, and 110 V three-phase wiring.
• Handle AC/DC systems and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting and welding tasks.

• Experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience with specific plastics and injection molding.
• Associates degree in a maintenance-related field.
