Descripción general:

El Operador será responsable de entregar mercancías de manera segura y eficiente a nuestros clientes o puntos de venta. El candidato ideal debe ser puntual, tener un fuerte sentido de responsabilidad y contar con habilidades excepcionales para la conducción. Este puesto es clave para asegurar que los productos lleguen en buenas condiciones y en el tiempo estipulado, manteniendo una excelente relación con los clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Cargar y descargar la mercancía de manera segura, asegurándose de que todos los productos estén correctamente organizados y protegidos.
  • Realizar entregas puntuales de mercancías a clientes o puntos de distribución según la ruta asignada.
  • Inspeccionar el vehículo de entrega antes y después de cada jornada, reportando cualquier problema / accidente o mantenimiento necesario. De ser un accidente, deberá llenar el reporte en mismo día antes de salir del turno.
  • Asegurarse de que toda la documentación y la mercancía esté completa, incluidas facturas y recibos.
  • Mantener comunicación con el equipo de logística y clientes para informar sobre el estado de las entregas y cualquier contratiempo en la ruta.
  • Cumplir con todas las normas de tránsito y las políticas de seguridad de la empresa.
  • Garantizar que las mercancías sean entregadas en las condiciones adecuadas y en los plazos acordados.
  • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente amable y profesional durante las entregas.
  • Mantener un registro detallado de las entregas realizadas, devoluciones o cambios.
  • Entregar documentación y pagos según aplique al retorno de la ruta.

Requisitos:

  • Licencia de conducir vigente y un historial choferil limpio (especificar el tipo de licencia requerida según el vehículo).
