BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (Mid-Level)
Location: Washington DC

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented mid-senior level Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice in Washington DC. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level litigator to work on complex, high-exposure trial matters with a collaborative and dynamic litigation team.
Candidate Profile
  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, in good standing.
  • Law Review or Clerkship experience is a plus.
  • 4+ years of substantive commercial, business litigation experience.
  • Experience with federal court litigation is also a plus.
  • Demonstrated stand-up experience, including taking and defending depositions and courtroom advocacy
  • Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork
