Job description

Tu veux bâtir des pipelines de données qui tiennent la route, qui roulent tout seuls et qui font briller nos projets d'IA, de BI et de RO? On cherche quelqu'un qui aime créer des solutions solides et qui comprend comment les données circulent et orientent les décisions, pour rejoindre notre équipe d'ingénierie de données.

Si tu veux avoir un impact direct sur la performance de nos solutions et travailler dans une équipe où on se dit les vraies affaires, tu vas être dans ton élément.

Concrètement, tu vas :

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des pipelines de données robustes et évolutifs
  • Intégrer des données de sources variées (API, bases de données, fichiers, Kafka)
  • Collaborer avec les équipes IA, RO et BI pour alimenter leurs modèles et leurs rapports
  • Agir comme référence sur la structure, la provenance et les usages internes des données
  • Tester la qualité et valider les résultats pour assurer la fiabilité des solutions
  • Versionner, documenter, réviser et déployer ton code via Git/GitLab (branches, MR, CI/CD)
  • Contribuer à la mise en production des pipelines avec nos Tech Leads
  • Intégrer des outils d'IA dans ton travail pour augmenter ton impact et ton efficacité
  • Bonus : une connaissance de Microsoft Fabric peut être pratique pour certains mandats, mais ce n'est pas obligatoire.

Tu vas performer si tu :

  • Maîtrises SQL et es à l'aise en Python (PySpark) pour manipuler et transformer des données
  • As 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en data engineering ou en développement BI
  • As déjà travaillé avec Snowflake, Databricks ou Google Cloud Platform (obligatoire)
  • Connais dbt, ou apprends vite (ça nous va aussi)
  • Es confortable avec Git/GitLab, CI/CD et une approche structurée du versioning
  • Comprends l'importance des tests et des validations (tests dbt, tests unitaires, QA)
  • Es autonome, analytique, débrouillard.e et capable de garder le focus quand c'est complexe
