Join Our Guest Services Team at Morris Animal Inn!
Morris Animal Inn is a family-owned and operated luxury pet resort offering dogs & cats the finest in lodging, grooming, training & daycare services. We believe that caring for dogs and cats is a great responsibility and privilege - one that we take very seriously. Our commitment is rewarded each time we send home a happy pet to a satisfied pet parent!
We're now hiring permanent, year-round Part Time and Full Time Front Desk Receptionists to join our outstanding Guest Services team at our Warren and Morristown locations. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.
What you'll be doing:

  • Warmly welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
  • Answering phones, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Promoting services and knowledgeable answering client questions
  • Maintaining accurate client and pet records
  • Processing invoices and collecting payments
  • Managing pet check-in and check-out, including completion of required paperwork
  • Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and organized
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless, exceptional pet care

  • Prior work experience that focuses on engaging and assisting customers with a high degree of friendliness and professionalism
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software systems
