Job Description / Clinical Overview

Seeking an OB/GYN locum tenens physician to provide outpatient clinic coverage with a primary focus on obstetrical care, including initial prenatal visits and routine follow-ups. GYN visits may be seen as schedule allows.This is a long-term vacancy coverage role supporting a high-volume outpatient OB/GYN practice.

Practice Setting & Schedule
  • Outpatient clinic setting
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Coverage: 3 4 days per week
  • No call responsibilities
  • No inpatient rounding
  • No admissions required

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Prenatal care (initial and follow-up visits)
  • Routine obstetrical outpatient management
  • GYN visits as available within schedule
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary clinic team
  • Supervise advanced practice providers (APPs required)
  • Support continuity of OB care in outpatient setting
