Description

Position Summary 

The Receiving & Stocking Associate is responsible for accurately receiving inbound shipments, unloading containers, inspecting product, stocking inventory, and maintaining organized warehouse storage locations. This role supports inventory accuracy by ensuring product is properly counted, processed, restocked into bin locations, and stored according to warehouse procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a warehouse environment. 


Position Responsibilities 

  • Unload inbound containers, trailers, and freight shipments safely and efficiently. 
  • Palletize, organize, and stock product to support warehouse space, stability, and workflow efficiency. 
  • Count and verify inbound inventory against packing lists and system records. 
  • Identify and report damaged goods, shortages, overages, or mis-shipments in a timely manner. 
  • Restock inventory into assigned bin locations accurately and efficiently. 
  • Maintain organized inventory storage areas and bin locations. 
  • Assist with routine cycle counts of existing inventory to support stock accuracy. 
  • Assist with full physical inventory counts and reconciliation efforts. 
  • Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies to support accurate reporting. 
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational best practices. 
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity and inventory accuracy goals. 

Qualifications 


The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Warehouse, receiving, stocking, or logistics experience preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to effectively work individually and/or in a team environment. 
  • Competency in performing multiple warehouse-related tasks. 
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy freight safely. 
  • Forklift certification preferred. 
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen, E-Verify, and criminal background check. 

Position Details 

  • Full-time, warehouse-based position. 
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. 
  • Ability to load and unload containers and trailers. 
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to eight hours in an open warehouse environment. 
  • Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Competitive hourly rate! This position is eligible for benefits after 30 days of service and our 401k plan after 90 days of service!
