Job description

Stockers help the store stay in good shape and put out freight. It is their job to help keep up with the product that flows into the store.

Requirements/Responsibilities

1. It is a stocker’s responsibility help unload the truck when it gets to the store. Whether this is getting in the delivery truck, loading items on U-boats or placing them on isles.
2. Help check in items on the invoice.
3. Stock items correctly matching the UPC on the shelf tag with the UPC on the product in all departments of the store.
4. Make sure that when stocking they are putting the product in line and turned in a way that fits the place on the shelf that the item was tagged.
5. Help condition/recover the store after the truck is completed on truck days and any other shift that they work.
6. Helping customers that need help transporting their items to their vehicles.
7. Helping sweep and mop as needed and helping with the general cleanliness of the store.
