About Woodhouse Day Spa

Woodhouse Day Spa is a modern luxury day spa dedicated to delivering elevated experiences and exceptional hospitality in a refined, guest-centric environment. Our front desk and hospitality team are the face of our brand — setting the tone for every guest interaction with professionalism, warmth, and expertise.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, natural leader to join our front desk team as a Spa Keyholder. This role goes beyond front desk basics — you'll serve as Manager on Duty when the Spa Director, Assistant Manager, or Operations Manager are absent or unavailable, resolve guest concerns, and help train the next generation of hospitality talent, all while building toward a management career with Woodhouse.
What You'll Do
  • Perform all front desk and guest service duties at an advanced level
  • Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing appointment flow and daily operations
  • Resolve guest complaints and escalate when appropriate
  • Maintain accuracy and accountability in opening and closing procedures, including required reporting and daily register reconciliation
  • Support new hire training
  • Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products to guests
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience
  • Demonstrated leadership or keyholder experience
  • Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
What Success Looks Like
  • Averaging $25/hr in retail sales
  • Achieving a 30% or higher rebooking rate
  • Confidently managing the floor as Manager on Duty
  • Mentoring new hospitality hires successfully
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay plus monthly performance bonuses
  • 5% retail commission with tiered bonus incentives
  • A defined path toward Assistant Manager and Management GEM roles
  • Complimentary and discounted spa services
  • Ongoing leadership training and mentorship
If you're ready to lead from the front desk and grow into spa management, we want to hear from you.
