Job Location: Rancho Cordova, California

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $27-$40/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 5am-1:30pm

Description of Positions:

If you're an experienced Wireman, Electrical Assembler, Journeyman Electrician, or Industrial Electrician looking for a place where your skills are respected and your work matters, we'd like to talk to you.

We're hiring a Wireman II and Wireman III to join a well-established electrical equipment manufacturer in Rancho Cordova. This is an opportunity to work on high quality electrical equipment from start to finish - not repetitive production work where you're doing the same task every day.

You'll be trusted to build complete electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, interpret complex schematics, and take ownership of your work.

If you enjoy solving problems, building things the right way, and being part of a team that values craftsmanship, you'll fit right in.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Competitive Pay: $27-$40/hour
  • Monday - Friday schedule
  • Early Shift (5am-1:30pm)
  • Stable work with a respected electrical equipment manufacturer
  • Opportunity to expand your technical skills
  • Work with experienced electrical professionals
  • Clean manufacturing environment

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build electrical wiring systems and control panels from start to finish
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Perform electrical testing and troubleshoot wiring issues
  • Complete electrical rework while maintaining quality standards
  • Support and mentor Wireman
  • Ensure every build meets quality and safety requirements

What We're Looking For

You have experience building electrical systems - not simply installing conduit or pulling wire.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years of electrical assembly or Wireman experience
  • Strong ability to read electrical schematics independently
  • Experience using multimeters and electrical testing equipment
  • Experience with medium to high voltage electrical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Pride in producing quality work

Bonus Experience

  • PLCs
  • Industrial automation
  • Control Panels
  • Engineering change orders
  • Revision-controlled manufacturing

Experience We Value

Applicants with experience as any of the following are encouraged to apply:

  • Wireman
  • Journeyman Electrician
  • Industrial Electrician
  • Electrical Panel Builder
  • Controls Technician
  • Electrical Technician
  • Manufacturing Electician
  • Control Panel Technician
