Daytime Team Member (Day Shift)

Chick-fil-A The Pinnacle, TN

Do you prefer a traditional day shift and enjoy a dynamic, fast-moving environment? As a Daytime Team Member, you'll play an integral role from open through the afternoon.

You'll get hands-on experience across restaurant operations, from kitchen duties to customer service, all during the daytime hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle morning setup and food prep to kick off the day shift.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • No experience required.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in both hot and cold conditions, indoors and outdoors, in changing weather.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced daytime environment while staying positive under pressure.
  • Adaptable, dependable, and hardworking.
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Confident cash-handling skills.
