Work in the mountains and join our fun team! Silver Fork Lodge & Restaurant is hiring a Dishwasher! If you work a winter job and just need something for summer we can work around that too!


We are currently looking to fill night shifts for our busy summer season June through September. Apply today so you don't miss out! No experience necessary but you must have a good attitude and willingness to learn and work hard! Weekends and holiday availability is preferred since those are our busiest time periods. If you have ever thought about working in kitchens before, then this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain knowledge. We like to promote from within when we can! As part of our team, you can even get a ski pass to Brighton Ski Resort for $100 (available to full time employees).


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Wash dishes; scrape plates/pots/pans, load racks, put through machine, empty racks, etc
  • Put away dishes, silverware and glassware in proper places and ensure organization.
  • Maintain and replace as needed the dishwashing soap, sanitizer, and rinse products
  • Break down boxes (flatten) and dispose of them in recycling container.
  • Take out trash in dish station.
  • Empty and clean drains in floor, sink, etc.
  • Cleaning the dish station floors, walls, surfaces, etc.
  • Maintain proper drying of food storage containers and other items.
  • Assist in peeling potatoes and other basic food prep as needed.
  • Help unloading the truck.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
