Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC and/or manual press brakes to bend, form, and shape metal parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
  • Select proper tooling and ensure machine setup meets specifications
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with tolerances
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and engineering staff to improve processes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or GED required
