What’s a typical day as Warehouse Associate? You’ll be:
  • Verifying information on packing slips against purchase orders and accurately entering data into inventory systems
  • Collaborating with buyers and the production supervisor to resolve inventory discrepancies and fulfill production requirements
  • Managing incoming and outgoing inspection logs, retrieving accessories for sales orders, and facilitating returns
  • Recording all inventory transactions promptly and ensuring inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end counts
  • Maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment, including bin labeling, date code tracking, and adherence to FIFO practices
  • Performing other warehouse duties as assigned, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School diploma or GED (required)
  • Bring 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably with electronic components
  • Are highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Are a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to federal contract requirements
  • Can pass a background check and drug test
  • Are familiar with inventory management systems (preferred)
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Can safely lift up to 50 lbs and are comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting as needed
