Job description

We are hiring a CNC Turret Punch Press Operator/Programmer for a full-time, onsite opportunity in University Park, IL.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of CNC programming experience and 4+ years operating CNC Turret Punch Presses, preferably Amada machines. This role involves programming, setting up tooling, operating CNC turret punch presses, reading blueprints, troubleshooting, and producing high-quality sheet metal components.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience

  • 4+ years of Turret Punch Press operating experience

  • Experience with Amada CNC Turret Punch Presses preferred

  • Ability to perform machine setup, tooling changes, and program editing

  • Strong blueprint reading and sheet metal fabrication experience

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday-Friday with overtime)
Pay: $20-$30/hour, based on experience
