Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Responsibilities
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the charge nurse.
• Assist with meal service and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by facility management.
Qualifications
• Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with older adults.
