Tower Extrusions is seeking motivated individuals to join our Cast House team at our Sherman, TX aluminum extrusion facility.
Requirements
As a Cast House Operator Trainee, you will learn to safely operate equipment used in the production of aluminum billets, monitor casting processes, perform quality inspections, and support daily production goals. This position requires working in a hot industrial environment, following all safety procedures, and working as part of a team to produce high-quality aluminum products. Mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a 12-hour night shift are required. Manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
