Job description

Your Career in the Lab Starts Here - And We're Excited to See Where It Goes
If you've recently wrapped up your MLT program or are just stepping into the world of clinical labs, first off - congrats! That's no small feat. Now comes the exciting part: finding a place where you can grow your skills, feel supported, and actually look forward to going to work. We think you might've just found it.
We're on the lookout for an ASCP-certified (or soon-to-be certified) Medical Laboratory Technician who's ready to join a team that values curiosity, precision, and people. Whether you're brand new to the field or looking for a place to stretch your wings, we're here to help you level up.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of the engine that powers great healthcare - working behind the scenes to help diagnose, treat, and guide patient care. Day-to-day, that means:
  • Collecting and processing lab specimens (blood, urine, tissue - the works).
  • Running diagnostic tests using state-of-the-art equipment (and learning new tech as you go).
  • Reporting accurate, timely results that providers rely on.
  • Double-checking your work to meet quality control standards.
  • Keeping the lab running smoothly, cleanly, and by the book - from safety to compliance to data privacy.
It's a big responsibility, but you won't be doing it alone. You'll be surrounded by teammates who remember what it was like to be the new kid - and who are genuinely excited to help you grow.
What You'll Need
  • An Associate's degree in Medical Lab Tech, Clinical Lab Tech, Biology, or something similar.
  • Either current MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), or you're almost there and plan to get certified soon.
  • Strong attention to detail (because precision really matters here).
  • Comfort working with others - we're big on teamwork.
  • A calm, clear communicator, even when the pace picks up.
Why You'll Love It Here
  • Full-time hours, with day, night, and weekend shifts available (we'll work with you to find a fit).
  • A competitive salary based on your credentials and experience.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits - because we care about your care too.
  • Generous PTO, so you can rest and recharge.
  • Opportunities for growth - we're big believers in promoting from within.

And About the Area...
Imagine a place where the river winds through town, the trees stretch over scenic hills, and the rhythm of life feels a little more balanced. This region blends classic charm with college-town energy - think historic architecture, art events, and miles of hiking trails all within reach. Whether you're grabbing a local brew after work or spending your day off on a riverside trail, there's something grounding about this place.
Ready to Get Started?
If you're excited to launch your lab career in a setting that's equal parts welcoming and rewarding, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and bring your curiosity, precision, and potential to a team that's rooting for you every step of the way.
