We're looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing frac sand mining and processing facility. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do

As Plant Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of plant operations-from mining and processing to drying, storage, and loadout. You'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring safe and efficient operations, meeting production goals, maintaining product quality, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.



Requirements

 What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of plant, mining, or heavy industrial operations management experience
  • Frac sand, aggregates, mining, or similar processing industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and manage plant operations
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, production planning, and cost control
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • MSHA Part 46 certification (or ability to obtain)
