Join Our Team has a Forklift Operator – Make an Impact in Recycling & Sustainability!

We’re looking for a motivated Forklift Operator to support our recycling and sustainability operations. In this role, you’ll support operations by handling, sorting, and managing waste and recycle materials like wood, plastics, cardboard and paint, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to teamwork, we want to hear from you! 
        
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position! 

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize various types of waste and recycling materials.
  • Operate forklifts to move various materials for recycling or disposal.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs for all waste and recyclable materials.
  • Perform hands-on tasks such as drum collection, bulking, sorting recyclables, and loading trucks 
         
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM 
              
Pay: $20.00 per hour 
  • Overtime as needed
            
Forklift Operator Requirements:
  • 1+ years of forklift experience required 
  • Consistently adheres to PPE requirements and all safety protocols
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable working in environments with noise, odors, and dust
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving, and transferring materials (up to 30 lbs or more)
