Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at a busy industrial facility. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment for employees, visitors, and facility operations.

As a Day Porter, you will provide ongoing cleaning and support throughout the facility during operating hours. You will help maintain a professional workplace by keeping common areas, production spaces, and employee areas clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the industrial facility during the workday
  • Perform routine cleaning of production areas, breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and common spaces
  • Monitor and maintain high-traffic areas to ensure they remain clean and safe
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors as needed
  • Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
  • Clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces
  • Restock restroom, breakroom, and facility supplies
  • Respond quickly to spills, messes, and immediate cleaning needs
  • Assist with keeping work areas organized and presentable
  • Safely operate cleaning equipment and use approved cleaning chemicals
  • Follow all company safety procedures and facility guidelines
  • Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or supply needs to management
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customer personnel
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Previous janitorial, custodial, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience is a plus—but not required
