THE JOB:
As a Table Games Dealer, you will responsible for dealing multiple games-such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Crap-while delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring compliance with all regulations. This role requires accuracy in handling transactions, attentiveness to irregular play, and clear communication with both guests and supervisors. With professionalism and a welcoming demeanor, you will create an enjoyable, secure, and memorable gaming experience.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Deal one or more Game Types proficiently; including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and variations.
  • Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions; accurately exchange cash or markers for chips; collect losing bets, pay winning bets, and collect commission based on game dealt.
  • Communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers about unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game.
  • Notify the supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and resolve them only at the direction of the supervisor.
  • Verbalize instructions, card totals, results, or any other information required in the procedures of each game.
  • Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere during the game.
  • Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management.
  • Notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of prior experience dealing multiple table games within in a similar resort setting.
  • Prior experience dealing at least 2 core games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, or Baccarat
  • Knowledge of carnival games such as 3 card poker, 4 card poker, Ultimate Texan Hold'em or Pai Gow preferred.

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$5.95
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
