Job Summary
The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products. This role is essential to maintaining warehouse accuracy, organization, and workplace safety.
Because our warehouse team depends on each person being present and prepared, consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to success in this role. Reliable attendance helps us maintain smooth operations, support our coworkers, meet customer needs, and continue building a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts, if certified
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks
  • Follow company policies, procedures, attendance expectations, and safety guidelines at all times
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
