Industrial Millwright

IMMEC Inc is looking for a skilled Millwright to operate a variety of machines to perform assigned tasks. You will provide millwright services to a variety of industrial clients. The successful candidate must have a knowledge of mathematics and mechanics as well as respect for safety best practices.
Responsibilities
· SMAW welding and field fabrication skills. TIG, GMAW and FCAW a plus.
· Rigging and signal person
· read and interpret blue prints
· Industrial maintenance and repair
· Knowledge of drives, gear boxes, couplings and precision alignment
· Operate aerial and powered fork truck lifts.
· Perform predictive and planned maintenance on industrial equipment
· Emergency repairs
· Precision alignment
· Repair and replace parts/components
· Safety oriented
· Analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to use precision tools (e.g., calipers) to take accurate measurements
