Title: Household Manager & Family Assistant
Location: Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062
Employment Type: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week
Schedule: Weekdays (Mon-Fri), 3 flexible days/week between 10 AM-4 PM, with a strong preference for Tuesdays
Compensation: $30-$34 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Household Organization & Maintenance
- Maintain household organization systems (closets, storage, pantry).
- Daily resets and tidying of rooms.
- Oversee family schedules and calendars.
- Conduct seasonal swaps (clothing, décor, bedding).
- Prepare for family events, holidays, and guest stays.
- Coordinate donation drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Supervise or coordinate with service providers (e.g., landscapers, cleaners, handymen, pool company).
- Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high traffic areas
- Maintain indoor plants
Inventory & Errands
- Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, household supplies.
- Manage grocery and household supply lists.
- Coordinate and manage household orders (Amazon, Costco, Target).
- Run errands: grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, and gift shopping.
Meal Support
- Collaboratively plan and prep 3-4 meals a week for the family.
- Grocery shopping and ingredient prep (chopping, washing).
- Ensure meals are ready for final cooking touches before shift has ended.
- Prepare healthy snacks for teenagers to grab.
- Accommodate tree nut allergy (nut-free home).
- Clean kitchen post-prep and manage kitchen tidiness.
Laundry & Linens
- Assists in keeping laundry cycles moving forward.
- Manage linens, bedding, and refresh towels
- Iron/steam clothing as needed.
Pet Care
- Keep pet supplies stocked and organized.
- Schedule and coordinate vet/grooming appointments.
- Be open to house-sitting for pet care during family travels.
Vehicle Upkeep
- Schedule maintenance, oil changes, and inspections for family vehicles.
- Ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organized.
- Track registration, insurance, and service schedules.
Vendor & Property Oversight
- Research and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and quotes.
- Oversee outdoor spaces and seasonal maintenance needs.
- Serve as primary contact for vendors or guests.
Deep Cleaning & Special Projects
- Occasional deep cleaning (fridge, oven, baseboards).
- Maintain and refresh specific zones (entryways, garage).
- Organize special projects as needed (seasonal gear rotation, seasonal decor).
- Clean humidifiers, washing machines, and air purifiers monthly
Administrative & Personal Assistant Support
- Assist with family calendars and reminders.
- Handle basic budgeting or receipt tracking for Household needs
- Assist with coordination of events, appointments, and guest prep
