Job Description:

We seek a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention programs as outlined by the BCBA.
  • Conduct direct, one-on-one sessions with clients in various settings (home, clinic, community).
  • Collect and record data on client progress.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
