What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.


  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy services

  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect and document client data accurately

  • Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members

  • Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress

  • Accurately keep record of client’s progress

  • Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services

  • Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

  • Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

Our clinic-based RBTs provide high-quality, compassionate care to children with autism in a structured clinical setting. This environment fosters strong clinical collaboration, consistent supervision, ongoing mentorship, and teamwork alongside experienced clinicians. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to see meaningful progress in your clients while developing your skills in a supportive and growth-focused environment.


What we expect from you:


• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification 

• Active registration with the BACB

• High School Diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience preferred but not required


Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
